At Cheapest Flyers, we aim to deliver your printed materials promptly, securely, and at the best possible price. Below you’ll find details about our shipping process, estimated delivery times, and important information regarding delays or issues.

1. Delivery Locations

We currently deliver to:

  • All mainland UK addresses
  • Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, and Channel Islands (with extended delivery times)

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Delivery Methods and Charges

We use trusted UK courier services (e.g., Royal Mail, DPD, or Parcelforce) to ensure reliable delivery. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order size and weight
  • Delivery location
  • Speed of service (Standard or Express)

Standard delivery is free on all orders over £75.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days after production
  • Express Delivery: 1–2 working days after production

Please note: Production time for most flyer orders is 1–2 working days, depending on design approval and order size.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery’s progress online.

5. Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 3 working days of your expected delivery date
  • Provide your order number and tracking details
  • We’ll investigate the issue and arrange a solution as quickly as possible

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

6. Missed Deliveries

If the courier is unable to deliver and leaves a card, please follow the instructions to reschedule or collect your parcel. Unclaimed packages may be returned to us and may incur additional charges for redelivery.

7. Bank Holidays and Busy Periods

Delivery times may be extended during UK public holidays or peak printing seasons (e.g. Christmas). We recommend placing orders early during these periods.
